Fitcore Technical Services L.L.C is a Dubai fit-out and technical services contractor working across residential, retail, office and hospitality interiors in the U.A.E.
Our story
Built by people who still walk the site.
Fitcore started the way most good contractors do — a small crew, a workshop and a refusal to hand a client a set of excuses instead of a finished room. We grew by being the company other people called when a job had gone quiet.
Today we deliver full interior packages across the Emirates: partitions and ceilings, joinery from our own workshop, MEP first and second fix, and the finishes that decide whether a space looks expensive or merely new. The directors are on site every week, and the person who quotes your job is the person who signs off its snag list.
We are not the cheapest quote you will get. We are the one that arrives with approved drawings, a materials schedule and a programme that survives contact with the building.

Fixed scope
Everything included is written down before work starts. Variations are priced and approved in writing, never assumed.
One programme
A dated bar chart at kick-off, updated weekly with photos. If a date moves you hear it from us first, with the reason.
Safe sites
Method statements, risk assessments, PPE and permits handled properly — the boring paperwork that keeps a job open.
Real materials
Samples approved before ordering. What lands on site matches the board you signed, or it goes back.
Clean handover
As-built drawings, warranties, operating manuals and a swept, ready-to-use space. Not a pile of offcuts.
After handover
Twelve months of defects cover and a maintenance team who already know your building's services.
Design partner
Drawings that survive the build.
Our interiors are developed with designer Mahmoud Reda, whose residential and commercial work runs through this site. Concepts are tested against real dimensions, real services and real budgets before anyone orders a sheet of ply.
